We believe one of the best ways to meet people, develop relationships with church friends, and grow as a follower of Jesus is to serve the local church. FIRST IMPRESSIONS
At New City Church we are all about the next family that walks in our doors. Therefore, we put a tremendous amount of stock into our First Impressions Team and being highly hospitable and making each person feel known. Every weekend, guests show up and we have one chance to make them feel like part of the family. If you have a smiling face and would like to show love to people, this may be the place for you to serve.
Worship Arts
“Creating experiences and modeling lifestyles of worship where people encounter
Jesus and are changed.”
Every weekend we have a team of talented musicians and production team members who make up our campus worship teams. It is our desire to create a team of godly, servant-minded musicians who want to bless the people of our church by leading them in Christ-centered, God-exalting, truth-driven worship. In addition to the music team, we have a team of trained individuals who focus on sound, visual worship and production of our services.
Family Ministry
Be a part of shaping the next generation by engaging kids and students with the Gospel to help build their faith. Work directly with children through Bible stories, songs and group activities or work behind the scenes to provide the best experience possible for both kids and parents. At the Edgerton and Shawnee campuses we offer opportunities for students grades 6th - 12th to grow through worship, teaching and interactive games and experiences that lead them to trust in and live like Jesus.
